Shipping and Returns
Standard shipping takes 1-5 business days to be delivered once they are
processed and shipped from us.
Orders are processed and shipped 2-3 business days after order is finalized. You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered. All packages are sent with a tracking #, so please keep an eye out for your package.
Curves on Point accepts returns in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY as long as you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase and we have not been notified regarding a return, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Returns will ONLY be accepted of unworn, unwashed or damaged merchandise purchased on our site. Your store credit refund will minus original shipping cost. Tags must still be on the product unaltered.
All returns are at the sole responsibility & expense by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
